Complete 8 card set of “King Of The Hill” subset cards from the Muscle Cards Series I. These mint condition cards all have straight corners and perfect clear photos with nice gold foil stamping on each card. They were opened from wax boxes purchased back in 1991; sorted into complete sets that include one of each card numbered 1 through 8. These were the short printed and randomly inserted cards in wax packs. It was slightly difficult to make a complete set since most wax boxes didn’t yield all 8 cards. Each card has historical facts about the car on the reverse side written by the legendary muscle car expert, Jerry Heasley and even include the approximate value of the featured car as of 1991. Of course many facts about the featured car are included such as factory horsepower ratings, options available and some production numbers which make these cards great historical reference materials for veteran enthusiasts as well as newcomers to the hobby. These have been sitting in my non smoking house closet for almost 30 years so it is time they found a new home. I was a dealer for Performance Years Quality Card Company and visited the car show and car auction circuit in the Northwest USA selling these sets for many years during that era, so be confident you are getting a genuine, original and quality product that will educate for many generations to come about our wonderful collector car hobby.
