We offer FREE standard shipping on most orders within the continental US. Additional charges will be added when expedited delivery is selected. Please verify your shipping address prior to checkout as we are unable to make any changes once checkout is complete.

Most orders are processed by our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Listed delivery times are estimates and actual times may sometimes be longer than that (depending on the carrier and excluding holidays). Please keep in mind that adverse weather conditions, remote delivery locations and carrier delay could cause your actual delivery time to be slightly longer. Our warehouses, shipping carriers and customer contact center are closed on major holidays. You will receive an email confirmation of your order within 24 hours of placing your order and an additional email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

If a shipment has arrived damaged or is the incorrect item, please contact us via eBay message to inform us. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for a replacement or exchange of the damage or incorrect item(s). We will also arrange for the return.

Returns are accepted within 30-days of delivery. Only unused tires that have not been driven on or mounted are eligible for return. Once approved, a full refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.

All tires offered for sale by SimpleTire are shipped from one of our many different automated warehouses. There is no local pick-up available. All of the product information has been provided by the manufacturer and has noted in the item listing. Manufacturers often will change item details and as a result may not update their pictures. The picture provided is a stock photo and may or may not reflect the actual product being ordered. Please refer to the part number and sidewall description of the tire for exact specifications. We have no personal knowledge or experience with this product, nor do we have the ability to customize it. All items are shipped as addressed from an automated warehouse. The time to process and ship is listed prominently in each listing, yet listed delivery times are estimates and actual times may sometimes be longer than that. There is NO human intervention in this process. That is how we control costs and keep our prices low. PayPal requires that we only ship to the verified PayPal address provided with the order. Pricing Policy

SimpleTire reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing or availability errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from SimpleTire. SimpleTire may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If a customer ordered the wrong size or made a mistake, please initiate a return upon receipt of your order. Some discounts are limited-time offers. The discount we can offer for any item is dependent upon its availability from our various partners, SimpleTire's price will necessarily change on occasion. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. This price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart doesn't reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it. SimpleTire consistently works toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry. As a result, SimpleTire does NOT offer price matching.

Inventory Policy
All SimpleTire suppliers only ship tires with DOT dates that do not exceed 4 years. If you receive a tire with a DOT date of more than 4-years from the date of purchase, you may return it and we will pay the return shipping costs. For any tire with a DOT date that is less than 4-years old from the date of purchase, you may return it, but are responsible for the return shipping costs. Any tire that has been mounted is NOT eligible for a return.

Manufacturer's Warranty Policy
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The only tires SimpleTire can warranty are brand new defects (meaning that they have not been mounted or driven on). Any bead damaged will be void of any warranty claim. Any other adjustments should be taken to the nearest authorized dealer for that manufacturer. Sometimes the manufacturer also provides a treadlife warranty and mileage rating. Please be aware that not all tires hold a mileage warranty from the manufacturer. Different tire models, even from the same manufacturer, may or may not come with a treadlife warranty.
